Objectives of Operations Review

The objectives are:

  1. To review and evaluate the operation and administration of the Police Service in order to determine effectiveness, competence, and capacity to deliver effective, efficient and appropriate policing services that meets the needs of its communities.
  2. Assess workload, shift scheduling and resource allocation.
