Technical Analysis

• Works closely with the business side of an organization in developing the requirements for the business and process improvements
• Technical analysis concepts – substantive and methodological approach to planning, enterprise analysis, requirements management, and solutions assessment
• Understands how to validate the expectations of the business, implement and document the requirements of the business.
• Able to identify risk management controls - technical indicators that can give you an advantage
• Experience and skills in communication, technical, business and management processes
• 4 tiers:
  1. Planning Strategically – analysis of the organization's strategic business needs
  2. Operating/Business Model Analysis – definition and analysis of the organization's policies and market business approaches
  3. Process Definition and Design – business process models
  4. Technical Business Analysis – interpretation of the business’ requirements for operational and technical systems
